Two ingredients do most of the work in our formula. Here's a closer look at what the research actually says about each.
Boswellia is a tree resin extract used for centuries in traditional medicine, and it's one of the more researched botanicals in the joint-health category. Studies have looked at its role in helping reduce joint pain and swelling, generally attributed to compounds called boswellic acids.
Turmeric's active compounds, curcuminoids, have been the subject of meta-analysis-level research specifically looking at knee osteoarthritis symptoms. It's one of the more consistently studied botanicals for this specific use case.
Ginger contributes its own antioxidant and bioactive compounds, studied separately for easing joint discomfort. Together with Boswellia and turmeric, the three botanicals work on the inflammatory-response side of our formula.
Turmeric and ginger may have mild anticoagulant effects and may interact with blood-thinning medications like warfarin or aspirin. If you take blood thinners, talk to your doctor before starting FlexGuard.
None of this is a claim that FlexGuard treats, cures, or reverses arthritis or any diagnosed joint condition. It's general wellness support, and results build gradually.
